Allegro to SAP Billing Data

An inbound integration that sends Accounts Receivable billing data from the Allegro trading system into SAP S/4HANA. It transfers financial information related to product sales via gas deals, transportation invoices, and broker invoices accounted for in Allegro, posting directly into the General Ledger Universal Journal (ACDOCA). When receivable invoices are approved in Allegro they are sent to SAP on a configurable 15-minute schedule, with the option to send entries ad hoc at the click of a button. The interface handles around 300 documents per day, supporting revenue recognition and receivable creation for the commercial gas business.

Allegro to SAP AP Invoice Data

An inbound integration that receives Accounts Payable invoice data from Allegro and posts it into SAP S/4HANA. It covers vendor liabilities arising from gas purchases from producers, transportation pipeline charges, broker commissions, and imbalance payments, posting into the Universal Journal with vendor document types driven by tax logic. As the mirror of the AR billing feed, it completes the picture: cost recognition and liability creation on the buy side, revenue recognition and receivable creation on the sell side.

SAP to Allegro Payment Information

An asynchronous outbound interface that closes the procure-to-pay loop by sending daily payment information from SAP S/4HANA back to Allegro, so the business can track invoice settlements. QDOD to SAP Balance at Entity

An inbound interface that transfers financial journal entries from the Quorum QDOD (Division Order & Disbursements) system into the SAP S/4HANA General Ledger, covering producer and royalty payables. In upstream gas operations, QDOD calculates the revenue distribution — who owns what percentage of a well's production and how much each royalty owner and working-interest partner should be paid — and this interface posts the resulting journals to SAP. Files flow via managed file transfer into SAP Process Orchestration, where content conversion and mapping feed the Application Interface Framework for posting. Journals are enforced to balance at business unit level, with automatic intercompany entries and document splitting for postings above 950 line items.

TIPS to SAP Gas Gathering

An inbound interface that posts gas gathering and processing imbalance accounting from the Quorum TIPS system into the SAP S/4HANA General Ledger. Gathering systems track how much gas entered the system, how much left, fuel usage, shrink, and imbalances between parties — and the resulting accounting impact must land in SAP. Journal files are picked up from a file share, grouped by production date in SAP Process Orchestration, and posted through the Application Interface Framework at the reporting code block level without summarization. Built for scale, the interface handles combinations across 75+ business units and 2,600+ responsibility centers, generates intercompany balancing entries automatically, and splits documents that exceed 950 line items.

TIPS to SAP AP Invoice Data

An inbound, file-based interface that posts Accounts Payable invoices for imbalance payments calculated in TIPS — the operational settlement obligations that arise when one party owes another for gas imbalances. Tax codes are determined dynamically from the derived GL account ranges, and heavy value mapping translates source master data into SAP company codes, profit centers, and accounts. The interface enforces balanced journals with automatic intercompany entries, splits high-volume documents at the 950-line-item threshold, and uses an all-or-nothing commit so that if any split document fails, none are posted. Errors are logged in the AIF monitor with automated email alerts to the functional team.

SAP to TIPS Margin Summary

A synchronous, API-based web service that extracts General Ledger margin summary data from SAP S/4HANA and returns it to the Quorum TIPS application at business unit, responsibility center, and account level. Like its margin counterpart, it underpins a SOX-critical month-end tie-out between operational and accounting imbalance positions.

SAP to Allegro Customer and Vendor Balances

An outbound, asynchronous daily batch interface that functions as a customer aging feed for the Allegro trading system, providing the open balance information needed for credit limit verification before new gas deals are approved. Endur to SAP Oil Parcel Actualization

An automated batch interface that sends actualized bulk oil movements (nominations) from the Endur trading system into SAP every two hours during the business day. SAP applies the confirmed moved quantities against the corresponding contracts and exchanges to create purchase orders, sales orders, transfers, and gains or losses — updating inventory and enabling the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions to complete. The interface processes distinct financial streams: mark-to-market valuations, hedge accounting, accruals, realized settlements on both the receivable and payable side, broker fee invoices, and realized paper trades. Every extract is validated to ensure total debits equal total credits before transmission, and exception workflows route failures to the support team with full retry capability. The result is that deal economics calculated in the trading system flow into the General Ledger reliably enough to support daily close, hedge accounting, and financial reporting.
